Su Dung

Su Dung, Program Manager, oversees the day-to-day operations of Lao Family Community Development’s WIOA Adult Program, providing management, supervision, and program leadership. With more than 13 years of experience, she has developed employer partnerships and initiatives that support reentry and opportunity populations in high-growth industries.

Ms. Dung has over a decade of experience managing WIOA Youth and Adult Employment Programs and has helped position LFCD as the fiscal agent for multiple emerging organizations in West Oakland participating in the Mayor’s Classrooms to Career Summer & Year-Round Program. She holds a bachelor’s degree, is a Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), has completed reentry training through Root & Rebound, and speaks five languages.
