Ruben Coria

Ruben Coria, Site Supervisor, brings over four years of management experience at Lao Family Community Development (LFCD), supporting programs that serve individuals experiencing housing instability, seeking employment, and in need of victim advocacy services. He works closely with program staff to assess program effectiveness, track progress toward program goals, oversee case management activities, and monitor successful completion outcomes. In addition, Mr. Coria coordinates and participates in the Coordinated Entry process and manages HMIS admissions in compliance with applicable policies and procedures, including CalAIM requirements. He ensures accurate recordkeeping and maintains ongoing monitoring and compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
