Mai Quach

Mai Quach, Director of Programs, has been with Lao Family Community Development since 1995. She oversees all agency programs and multiple strategic initiatives, providing leadership and supervision to management staff to ensure programs are implemented in full compliance with contractual requirements. Ms. Quach develops and maintains strong relationships with funders, community partners, and employers, while conducting comprehensive evaluations of program performance and outcomes to ensure all programs meet established placement and service delivery targets.

She plans and implements strategies to identify and coordinate referrals that address barriers to successful reentry for program participants and assists in the development of programs that integrate evidence-based best practices aligned with program goals. Additionally, Ms. Quach leads the development of agency-wide policies and procedures, empowers staff through professional growth and capacity-building, and collaborates closely with funders and partners to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. She also represents the agency in relevant meetings, trainings, and workshops to support ongoing program and organizational development.
