Mr. Brian Libow is a municipal attorney, who retired as city attorney for the City of San Pablo in 2015, after 25 years of service. Mr. Libow then served as Interim City Attorney for the City of Concord, and now primarily acts as a hearing officer for various Bay Area cities.

He is also a Court Appointed Special Advocate (CASA), a volunteer position for needy foster children.

Brian graduated from UCLA with a Bachelor of Arts in History, and from Santa Clara University School of Law.
