MAI QUACH

Mai Quach oversees all of the Lao Family programs across three counties. She has had over 20 years of service in Employment, Individual Development Account (IDA) Programs, and Financial and Program Management.

Mai ensures exceptional client outcomes, regulatory and contractual compliance, and the management and support of all program staff. She is responsible for implementing the service delivery model for low-income families in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Sacramento Counties.

She holds a certificate from Working Ahead—The National Workforce and Career Development Curriculum of the State University of New Jersey, Rutgers, and certification as a Global Career Development Facilitator.

She is fluent in Vietnamese, Cantonese, and Mandarin and has extensive experience providing culturally appropriate services to populations with diverse needs.
