Lao Family Community Development, Inc. (LFCD) has been serving Contra Costa County since 1980, when it was first established in the City of Richmond. Through our office located at 1865 Rumrill Blvd., Suite B, San Pablo, CA 94806, LFCD provides community development real estate facilities along with a wide range of workforce, education, and human services.
Our programs are designed to support predominantly low-income, high-barrier individuals and families — including U.S.-born residents, refugees, immigrants, transitional-age youth, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. LFCD remains committed to advancing economic self-sufficiency, housing stability, and overall well-being for the diverse communities of Contra Costa County.
