FINANCIAL SUPPORT TO OUR HOUSING AND FAMILY IN CRISIS FUND will directly make a difference! Ukrainian and Afghan refugees have been forced to flee and have resettled in Northern California (Sacramento and East Bay). We have identified 288 units of vacant housing scattered throughout the region and have begun negotiating with the owners and lenders. During this Easter Season and Ramadan, help give our families the miracle and comfort of housing and essential support!

Thousands of refugee and local families with children are in crisis—sleeping in their cars—struggling to find affordable and emergency housing, food, and critical support. Their needs list is long—finding jobs, enrolling in career training and language classes, achieving financial goals, and receiving help filling out a host of paperwork. These things will re-establish them to be economically and socially self-sufficient.

Lao Family’s trusted and caring staff quickly helps those in need—both in-person and by phone. They provide critical assistance and connections to services offered by our diverse network of partner agencies and landlords.

Please help us spread the word! YOU are the best promoter and ambassador for raising awareness for our cause. The key to helping us make our goal of $100,000 is the number of donors. We need at least 800 donors to reach our goal.
