As we reflect on 2024, we are deeply grateful for your dedicated support and friendship. For 44 years, LFCD has been a lifeline for underserved communities across Northern California, partnering and supporting individuals, families, landlords, small-medium and large employers, local government, community-based, and civic partners across Alameda, Contra Costa, Sacramento, and now Yolo counties.
