Hoa Giang

Hoa Giang joined Lao Family Community Development, Inc. (LFCD) in 2014 and has supported the organization in a variety of roles spanning direct services and agency-wide initiatives.

He currently serves as the Marketing & Communications Coordinator, supporting agency-wide communications, branding, and program operations. His work includes developing, designing, reviewing, and approving marketing and outreach materials such as flyers, brochures, posters, banners, and digital content for programs and events. He also provides select photo and video support for special events and executive communications, maintains workshop and proposal materials, manages the agency’s digital media archive, and offers presentation and workflow support to ensure clear, consistent, and accessible communication across departments.

Hoa is passionate about using creative communication, technology, and design to support staff, strengthen internal collaboration, elevate program visibility, and advance LFCD’s mission to serve Northern California’s diverse communities.
